Sovereign Dispatch 001: The Birth of One Africa – A Continental Awakening to Unity, Sovereignty, and Strength
By Sovereign-AWAWA: African Wealth and Wellness Alliance – The Alliance of Sovereign Africans
"We are not creating a superstate. We are finally creating structure—unity with logic."
— AU Chairperson João Lourenço, Emergency Summit, June 2025
A Historic Turning Point
In a moment destined to mark the rebirth of African civilization, all 55 African heads of state have reached a consensus to create a unified continental government, reviving a long-held dream that began with Kwame Nkrumah, was echoed by Muammar Gaddafi, and is now turning into tangible policy and power.
This dream is no longer postponed. It comes into focus through emergency summits, leaked constitutional drafts, rotating leadership deals, and a continent-wide spiritual and strategic awakening.
The groundwork, however, started much earlier than most realize. On July 21, 2024, during the 6th Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union in Accra, Ghana, a subtle yet important shift took place. While the world saw another routine AU summit, inside the golden conference halls, forward-thinking leaders began serious talks about forming a unified continental structure. This meeting was the true start of the current wave of integration.
AU insiders later confirmed that this moment marked the turning point in Africa’s pursuit of sovereignty—the moment the seed of One Africa was politically planted.
Behind Closed Doors: The Emergency Summit
An African Union emergency summit was held in mid-June 2025, conducted discreetly through encrypted channels and later verified by multiple diplomatic sources. Led by AU Chair João Lourenço (Angola) and AU Commission Chair Mahmoud Ali Youssouf (Djibouti), the summit was not just ceremonial—it was transformative.
The goal?
To establish One Africa: one voice, one presidency, and one constitutional framework.
What followed was truly revolutionary. Leaders from every region agreed to establish a United African Government, supported by a rotating continental presidency, a unified military command, and an economic sovereignty model focused on reclaiming Africa’s wealth and global dignity.
This summit directly built upon the vision quietly established in Accra the year prior.
The Leaked Constitution: Unity Through Structure
Shortly after the summit, Sovereign-AWAWA obtained excerpts from a classified draft constitution for the United States of Africa.
Key highlights include:
A rotating presidency every four years among five regional zones.
Establishment of an African People’s Senate and a Continental Council of Regions.
Establish an African Reserve Asset Authority (ARAA) to oversee natural resources and minerals.
Establishment of a continental military command for defense, disaster response, and sovereignty safeguarding.
Recognition of Universal Dignity Income, housing, food, water, and education are non-negotiable human rights.
The document indicates a bold post-colonial shift, rejecting imposed governance systems and adopting sovereign African structures.
The First Step: Breaking Away from the West
In its first major decision, the AU’s emerging government quietly began efforts to repatriate gold reserves, reassess foreign military agreements, and disengage from exploitative loan contracts.
According to sources within the AU’s Strategic Advisory Group:
"The age of asking is over. The age of action has begun."
This move is not retaliation; it is restoration. It signifies an economic and political reset that keeps Africa’s future firmly in African hands.
One Army, One Shield
As a crucial pillar of sovereignty, the continent is now planning an African United Defense Command. Under this structure, each region will contribute to a centralized force, which will be funded and managed by the One Africa Government.
Its mission:
Protect African borders from foreign interference.
Provide coordinated disaster response and peacekeeping support.
Ensure integrity across One Africa referendums and programs.
This is not militarization for conquest—it is mobilization for protection.
The Rotating Presidency: Shared Leadership
A forward-looking governance model has been adopted: a rotating presidency starting with President Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso as the first candidate.
Each four-year term will rotate among the five African regions.
West Africa
Southern Africa
East Africa
Central Africa
North Africa
This promotes inclusive representation and equitable leadership.
The Role of the People: A Call to Rise
The One Africa Government can't be established from the top down. It depends on the active involvement of the people across the continent and in the diaspora.
This includes:
Community referendums to ratify the constitution
Voting rights for the African diaspora
Continental civic education campaigns to raise awareness and promote unity.
As Sovereign-AWAWA states:
“The people must be the foundation of the New Africa—not just governed, but also governing. Not spectators, but co-creators.”
A Message from Sovereign-AWAWA

✨ About Sovereign-AWAWA
The African Wealth and Wellness Alliance – A Sacred Alliance of Sovereign Africans
Sovereign-AWAWA was born from strategy, ancestral reverence, divine guidance, and sovereign intention. The seed of this Alliance was quietly planted a few weeks before the global COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020. It remained intentionally dormant—protected, preserved, and unseen—until the right moment arrived. That moment is now: the germination of that sacred seed is aligned with the public awakening of the One Africa vision. What was once hidden has now been brought into the light of continental rebirth.
The name AWAWA came from deep reflection, spiritual connection, and an inner awareness that Africans need to regain their wholeness. It reflects the rhythm of ancestral chants and carries the vibration of unity, balance, and rebirth.
We are not a government. We are not a corporation.
We are a continent-wide alliance of Africans and the global African family, prepared to build a new civilization, grounded in:
Sovereign wealth, shared well-being, and ethical abundance for all African descendants.
Sovereign-AWAWA upholds the sacred DO-NO-HARM Accord and leads initiatives such as:
The African Dignity & Prosperity Income (ADPI)
