🧑🏾‍💼 WHO ARE AWAWA PERSONNEL?

Personnel are individuals hired, appointed, or voluntarily assigned to work directly under AWAWA initiatives. This includes administrative teams, spiritual healers, field officers, logistics staff, project managers, and educators supporting Sovereign-AWAWA’s global and continental operations.

Personnel can be:

  • Full-time or part-time

  • Paid, volunteer, or stipended

  • Rotating or long-term, based on mission phase

📜 CORE REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONNEL

  1. Sign the DO-NO-HAM Accord

  2. Accept the Abundance Compensation Agreement or Service Contract

  3. Uphold Spiritual-Humanitarian Ethics

  4. Commit to the Term of Service (minimum 17 months, renewable in cycles)

  5. Participate in Initial Training & Orientation

🏆 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: Calculated as double the highest gross income from the last 12 months or industry standard (whichever is higher)

  • Quarterly Increases & Bonuses:

    • Signing Bonus

    • Project Completion Bonus

    • Relocation Support: CRB, HOA, RAB

    • Interest-Free Housing Loans

  • Nine-Year Growth Pathway:

    • Salary doubles every 3 years (Years 4, 7, and 9), then caps for life

    • Transferable to spouse or dependents under legal age

🧭 STRUCTURE & ROLES

AWAWA uses the 3-6-9 team structure:

  • Each team has:

    • 1 Lead

    • 1 Co-Lead

    • 1 Deputy

    • 6 Assistants

    • Multiple Staff and Coordinators

Rotating Terms: 17 months per leadership role, renewable for a maximum of 3 terms per person

🌱 PATHWAYS FOR GROWTH

  • Promotion from Field Officer → Project Manager → Director

  • Cross-training in spiritual, operational, and logistical departments

  • Access to mentorship and leadership incubation

  • Continued education, healing, and skill certifications

🛠️ EXPECTATIONS & CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Be punctual, humble, and aligned

  • Operate with integrity and respect

  • Use AWAWA resources solely for approved missions

  • Avoid ego-based decisions or harm of any kind

Zero-Tolerance Clause: Any breach of the DO-NO-HAM Accord, sabotage, abuse, or neglect results in immediate suspension or dismissal
