Strengthening Sovereign Africa through Strategic Collaboration
🤝 WHO IS A COLLABORATOR?
A Collaborator is an individual, organization, enterprise, or agency working with Sovereign-AWAWA on mutually aligned missions without becoming an internal member or staff. Collaborators maintain autonomy while contributing toward a common vision: Sovereign dignity, economic liberation, and holistic wellness across Africa.
✅ TYPES OF COLLABORATORS
Affiliate Partner
Independent but values-aligned organizations (NGOs, schools, spiritual centers, etc.)
May co-host programs, refer members, or co-brand initiatives
MOU-Based Collaborator
Formalized agreement to carry out specific projects with AWAWA support
May include deliverables, performance metrics, and grant provisions
Governmental or Institutional Collaborators
National, regional, or local bodies working with AWAWA to implement public good initiatives
Recruitment or Training Collaborators
Entities helping to identify, train, or prepare individuals for AWAWA-supported employment, grants, or volunteer roles
📜 COLLABORATOR REQUIREMENTS
Respect the DO-NO-HAM Accord as a guiding principle (at least 51% of staff if formal partnership is signed)
Maintain Accountability and Transparency in joint projects
Be Mission-Aligned: Projects must directly or indirectly benefit the public good in Africa
No Exploitation or Harm: AWAWA does not collaborate with entities involved in extractive, coercive, or unethical practices

Visibility and Co-Branding Opportunities
Referrals to Funding and Capacity-Building Resources
Access to Shared Infrastructure & Tools (training platforms, tech support, design assets)
Potential Participation in Trust Accounts:
Community Stewardship Account (CSA)
Quantum Stewardship Account (QSA)
🔧 HOW TO FORMALIZE COLLABORATION
Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) or fill out the Collaborator Form
Attend an Introductory Call with AWAWA's Outreach or Governance Team
Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Affiliate Agreement
Begin engagement through projects, co-events, or network participation

Diaspora organizations
Rural development NGOs
Education and wellness programs
Agricultural, clean energy, or tech partners
Grantmakers or fund distributors
